PRIVATE SESSIONS

Private Sessions; are usually 2 hours long and can take place in person or on online. A free 15-minute introduction call is offered with this session. To find out more email hannah@grounded.life

SMALL GROUPS

Group Sessions; these are available for smaller groups and private gatherings. They can take place in private homes or spaces, please note there will be an additional charge if studio space needs to be hired.

Average costs £50 per person minimum of 4 people

Our brains actually only use 20-25% of our oxygen for nourishment but in today’s polluted environment and fast-paced living, we are not getting what we need to operate at our full potential, leading to diminished vitality and awareness. So what happens if we increase the dosage?

In just one Breathwork session you can shift perspective, boost creativity, reveal and transform self-limiting beliefs and restore inner connection.

Practising Conscious Breathwork benefits the Respiratory, Immune, Circulatory, Nervous, Digestive, Urinary, Muscular and Structural bodily systems.

The practice reaches us on all levels of our being, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Many people have understood much about themselves in one session, becoming empowered to create new life choices. So if there are parts of your life that feel stuck, or stuffy and dull, bring them to our session and see what can happen.

Through Breathwork we can help clear and move energy blockages, release stress and anxiety on an emotional, physical and energetic level. While connecting to our breath, we create a grounded safe space, where more choice and perspective is accessible and present.

This workshop will give you empowering tools and teachings to incorporate into your daily life to help create the change you want to see in your world. Here we access our own ability for self-healing & self-expression.

The breath is our medicine and working with it is a sure way of treating your body, mind and spirit to it’s most rich and healing superfood.

What to expect

– A combination of dynamic and static postures, including Vinyasa flow sequencing, Hatha yoga postures and breathing techniques.

– Mindfulness and Meditation practice.

– A relaxed and friendly environment.

– Practises that engage and regulate your Autonomic Nervous System bringing the body to a state of balance

– To be able to practise at your own pace while receiving guided instruction which suits you as an individual

– Moments of a conscious effort married with moments of complete relaxation

These sessions are aimed to benefit you both mentally and physically; helping you to relax and reduce stress, whilst increasing strength and flexibility. We use intuition-inspired progressive sequencing to ‘undo’ the body, by stretching and releasing connective tissue and freeing the spine.
