Group Sessions; these are available for smaller groups and private gatherings. They can take place in private homes or spaces, please note there will be an additional charge if studio space needs to be hired.

Grounded Life is an innovative amalgamation of Conscious Healing Breathwork, Intuitive Movement and Yoga (200 hours Yoga Alliance), designed to support you to live life to your full potential. Our aim is to create a space to heal, a space where you can fully and authentically express yourself.
