Hannah strongly believes that everyone’s access to inner healing lies within them, and in their sense of connection to others. She believes that each of us are our healers, and as such, her sessions will guide you to accessing any parts of yourself you may be holding out of awareness.
A graduate of Contemporary dance in 2004 she soon found this approach to movement and the idea of performing uncomfortable and so began her journey into Buddhism, Mindfulness and Yoga.
Her first step after completing a Hot Yoga Certification was teaching Yoga in Cornwall. Closely followed was a RYS 200 Hrs Yoga Alliance Still Flowing Yoga Teacher Training in Ibiza. This training which adopted a somatic (body-oriented) integrated approach to vinyasa flow & Scaravelli inspired Hatha Yoga. All of these practices were clearly founded upon principles of Buddhist Insight Meditation and Mindfulness.
In 2016 while in Bali she began her breathwork journey with Anthony Abbagnano and The Alchemy of Breath, completing the year-long breathwork facilitator training alongside working closely with Anthony at Alchemy HQ for the next 2 years.
Today, while still in co-creation with Anthony and the Alchemy of Breath, Hannah is passionately focused on sharing the tools for a Grounded.Life. With the use of breathwork, movement, core energetics and sound, she works with groups, corporate teams and individuals, holding the space for you to explore your truth and breath into your fullest being.
Hannah N supports individuals and groups in exploring their innate capacity for self-healing and empowerment. She holds a loving and tender space to support each person to access their own inner resources for personal development and transformation.
Hannah works with people reconnect to the power of their breath as a vehicle for self-empowerment, enhanced well-being and transformation. Hannah recognises the breath not only as the very foundation on which our lives are built but when consciously applied is a profound ally of mind, body & spirit, enabling expanded awareness & improved health.
Hannah N often utilises vocal sound practises and song during sessions and workshops, acknowledging that each voice holds it’s own unique vibratory signature and is an instrument of healing. From her own healing journey, Hannah discovered that it is through opening our voice that we are able to authentically express our inner truth.

Hannah is also fully trained reflexologist and works with the feet to simulate the body, organs and energy system to help relieve stress and tension, eliminate toxins, improve emotional and physical well-being for increased health and vitality. Reflexology sessions with Hannah can incorporate breathwork to further support the healing process. She is passionate about supporting individuals return to a state of enhanced well-being, health and balance in today’s busy environments, believing in order to achieve health and happiness we need our feet firmly on the ground.

Anouska is a UKCP accredited Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist with nearly 20 years experience working with severe and complex mental health issues.
Anouska offers one to one sound healing sessions, shamanic healing sessions and psychotherapy sessions. She contributes regularly to group workshops, including those run by David and Emma Farrell (best known for the Plant Consciousness and Shamaniclands events) using native plants. We feel blessed to be collaborating with her here at Grounded.
Ann is a qualified Hypnotherapist & Reiki (USUI) Master Teacher and Sound Healer Practitioner. Her core belief is that our mind and body can access our essential purest state of happiness, peace and wellbeing. Her intention is that every client experiences a lasting change helping them to heal past difficulties and current stress, creating balance and wellbeing in their lives
