Sleepy Time Meditation
Do you have trouble switching off at night?
Does it take you a long time to get to sleep? Do you generally think about the things you have to plan or problem solve before you go to sleep and then find yourself more awake, or perhaps you wake up in the night and then find it challenging to switch off again?
We all know how important sleep is to us, this 20 minute guided meditation aims to prepare you for a deep and restful sleep. Here we use the body scan technique to slowly but surely encourage you to relax and let go of any tension in your body. This process helps to calm the mind allowing you to drift off into a peaceful slumber.
