WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is based on a simple breathing exercise which consists of connecting the inhale and the exhale. It is a powerful approach to self-exploration and an opportunity to connect with those parts of ourselves that we may not see clearly or give attention to. It is a time of re-connection, guided by our inborn wisdom to further explore the core of who we really are and in turn, what it is that’s holding us back in life.

WHO IS IT FOR?

This practice is for all Brothers/Men with or without previous Breathwork experience. All levels are welcome.

Full instructions will be given before the practice starts and an opportunity to ask questions and share.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
